It has certain limitations and can't be used for split testing results tracking, nor for absolute numbers, but it's still very good for observing the trends and compare different funnuels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data visualizations are great and very customizable to suit your needs. You have multiple different ways to track data from a specific Segment event (funnels, journeys, etc.) which helps us track the correct data for each initiative we launch. Heap is not the easiest tool to use, in my opinion. I have used other data analytics platforms like Looker, Split and FullStory, and I find Heap to be very difficult to learn. Some of the different data parameters like "Filter results," "Group by," "Compare users," "Date range," or "Compare to" are confusing and seem to overlap. It can be confusing for me to understand where I need to input which parameters and set up my dashboard correctly to make sure I'm tracking the correct datapoints. Heap is incredibly easy to use without specialized knowledge. I can build a chart or dashboard in minutes. They offer frequent trainings, and I notice regular improvements in their product that show they're listening. I know I can get the insights I need without a lot of overhead, enabling me to make better decisions more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flip side of Heap continually improving and iterating their product is that some of my charts and reports need frequent tweaking to utilize new features, and occasionally, minor functionality will change that requires a second look.
